Can you "chew" Skoal tobacco pouches occasionally and be safe from health problems?

Yes and no. Chewing it occasionally will likely not cause any immediate health problems, but occasional chewing over many years can cause oral cancer. Not only that, Skoal is highly addictive and occasional usage can lead to more frequent dipping. The health consequences are nasty; the cancer that often occurs usually requires the tongue or jaw to be cut out.

I do not believe so, so many men have gotten mouth, tongue, and soft tissue of the mouth cancer. Besides being dangerouse it is a nasty habit, spitting and your teeth turn dark. Your breath is also bad.

If you want to be thoroughly safe from having health problems in the future, it is probably best that you stay away from any form of tobacco, even if it is used only occasionally. Chewing tobacco can cause all kinds of health problems including cancers of the mouth, so you really shouldn't use it at all.

Some people may occasionally chew tobacco with no ill health effects, but there is no "safe" amount of tobacco that a person can consume. Even rare users of chewing tobacco can develop cancer and other health problems.

Sure, you can. You can chew all the time and be free from health problems. But you might develop problems.
