People in past generations, and still in some other cultures, used to marry based on their parents' arrangement or financial need. Obviously, they stay married without love coming first. Love can grow later, if you are willing.

Yes, people do marry people they do not love, there are different reasons why they do that, some people do it for economic reasons, others do it to secure the future of a child, born out of wed luck, Also arrange marriages are not based on love, but the social standing of the Bride and groom to be's parents.

Yes, you can be married to someone you don't love, people marry for many reasons besides love such as convenience, money, companionship, medical benefits, etc.
