Can the sidewall of a tire be repaired?

Yes, a sidewall can be repaired, but you want to be careful. Sidewall repairs should be temporary repairs because you are waiting on a new tire to come in, not something you should consider a permanent repair. I've heard of using double and triple patches for these repairs, but you have to watch for bulges and it should be temporary.

It can be repaired but it is NOT recommended. The side wall of a tire flexes a lot more than the tread. This would cause any repairs on the sidewall to fail quickly. Replacement of the tire is best.

No typically tire can either be recapped or plugged. Neither of which does much for the side wall. This part of the tire caries all of the weight for that corner of the car. This means the sidewall needs to be uniformly strong. So if it is damaged then there isn't much that can be done.

Yes, the sidewall of your vehicle can be repaired depending on how bad the damage is. If the damage is lite you can have it repaired, but if it is heavy it will cost more.

the side wall of a tire can not be repaired. the sidewall is what moves as the tire spins. do not repair sidewall of tire.
