Can people listen in on cell phones?

It would be wrong and illegal if people listened in on cell phones. It would definitely be unconstitutional. If anyone were to listen in on my cell, I would be angry. Scanners, however, are totally different.

No one can listen in on your cell phone with a scanner, but if you've let someone borrow your cellphone for more than fifteen minutes out of your site, they may have installed a bug on it, and that way, they can listen in on and record your conversations.
