Can my flute be repaired?

Unless it is bent in a 'U' shape, yes, it can be repaired. Woodwind shops should be able to replace keys, shafts and corks with ease. If the parts are stuck together or won't come apart they will also be able to unstick them for you. In general, most reputable shops should be able to fix almost anything.

It depends on what is wrong with it. If it has been broken in several pieces, probably not. If it is minor repairs take it to a repair shop.

In a sense, yes it can be but due to the structure of the flute and (if it's all wood) the design it would probably cost more to repair then to buy a new one.

If you have to ask, probably not. Flutes are delicate instruments, and sometimes even after being refurbished their core parts have been worn down enough for them to become worthless.
