Can I use my laptop by plugging into my house phone line?

Only if you have a dial up modem with your laptop. I believe you can buy one if needed, but you are really in the stone ages, so to speak, if you are using dial up. Most new laptops have a wireless modem, that you can use with a router from your provider, or buying one.

If your laptop has a 56k modem and you have a dial-up ISP, yes you may. You cannot, however, use the phone line to power your laptop.

It depends on what you mean by use your laptop. If it has a dial up modem then it can use a phone line to connect to the internet with a dial up provider. Just don't confuse a dial up modem port with an ethernet port.

Yes you can use in laptop by plugging into house phone line,but need to keep the service provide vendor posted so that they can activate the internet for your house phone line
