No and little bit yes. I tunes the music program is only compatible with its accessories, you can however convert files you buy from Itunes the music store and download those to what ever you would like. Its relatively easy just save them on your computer in the proper format.

No, iTunes will only accept Apple related products. Only iPod and iPhones can be used with Itunes. No other phones besides the iPhone.

Yes possible. First you install the motorola itunes software from your motorola software cd to pc then connect your phone to that system copy the songs to itunes.

Maybe you are not a member of iTunes. Maybe you should sign up, get a prepaid card, and try to download. The songs are pay per song.
