Can I use "countif" to create a weekday worksheet in Excel?

You could, theoretically. However, I would try to stay away from "countif", as it tends to be a really slow function. I guess it really depends on what you plan on using the worksheet for

Countif formula has to be used like other formulas and he date to be given inside the bracket which will display the weekday.
