Can I take antibiotics when I am ovulating?

Antibiotics should not affect ovulation. Of course, if you are unsure, it is always best to check with your doctor, but it is very unlikely that doing this will cause you any problems.

you can definitely take antibiotics when you are ovulating. what you may want to keep in mind however that antibiotics may mess your cycle up for a month until the illness is gone.

Yes, you can take antibiotics while ovulating. However, since some antibiotics can interfere with the birth control pill, use other contraception during that time if you do not want to risk pregnancy.

Antibiotics when ovulating in of itself is not harmful. What no talks about is the raised risk of pregnancy that may occur.
