It's possible for you to do it yourself, but it is certainly a pain. You'll need to be an acrobat to remove the dash, and contort yourself in ways you never though possible to get to all the bolts.

If you have a lot of experience with Do it Yourself then yes you can. This job is very tedious and time consuming but not overly difficult. Locate heater core usually behind dash. Remove dash panel, then remove and replace heater core. Replace dash panel. No special tools needed.

You can but, it can be difficult and very messy. You may also end up with broken housing panels and missing screws if you're not careful. Accessing hidden bolts can take an array of extensions and universal joints on your ratchet. Also, if your hoses have been on the heater core for some time they won't want to come off.

As long as you have a set of tools and some time on your hands along wit a general idea of how to use those tools, replacing your heater core should be relitivly easy for you to accomplish within a day.THEn you will feel proud knowing you did something new and didnt have a bill to pay.

Yes you can but you have to pull the entire dash a part and it can be a pain. Just make sure you have the Chilton's manual next to you.

Well if you have a decent amount of mechanical ability then you should be able to do it. The hardest part is getting to it inside the firewall.

It depends on how much experience you have. If you've don't some work on your Corsa before then you may be able to do it yourself. Just be careful when dealing with any of the heating components. As you know, they get quite hot. Sometimes it's better to have a pro help out.

This can be done. I have done it myself. Drain the coolant out. Disconnect the heater hoses going to the firewall from under the car, From under the dash, remove the fan and housing. Then you can remove the heater core pulling the hose connector throw the firewall. Replace in reverse.
