Absolutely. Often, an associate's degree can get you further than a bachelor's degree, but that is a gamble. A Bachelor's degree covers a more general, and often less technical, base of knowledge. Associate's degrees often give you specific technical knowledge needed for a specific machine or aspect of a business. You will be in high demand for a limited time.

There are many great Associate Degree programs available out there. Sure some will pay enough to make a good living. The general rule is the more education the better the salary, not true all the time. Remember part of making a good living is to enjoy your work.

Associate degrees are a good way to start making money relatively quickly. They are usually two years in length and are offered at universities, colleges, and technical schools across the nation. This will get you into the workforce quickly and are cheaper than traditional four year degrees. You can then go back and get your Batchelors degree while also working.
