A couple stand out: "When you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on. ~Franklin D. Roosevelt" and "The difference between perseverance and obstinacy is that one comes from a strong will, and the other from a strong won't. ~Henry Ward Beecher" These are probably the best!

One of the most popular and well-known quotes about perserverence is one by Winston Churchill: "Never, never, never quit." Another one, attributed to "anonymous," is "The road to success is dotted with many tempting parking places."

Thomas Jefferson is known for his perseverance. His work ethic was amazing. For example, He famously said "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work" when asked about his difficulties in producing the light bulb. This attitude lead him to invent not only the light bulb but several other key inventions.
