Acomplex rational expression is a ratio between complex numbers having a real and an imaginary part. For example: (2+5i)/(4+2i)

The examples are infinite, but here are a few to get your started. Complex rational expressions are essentially fractions with variables in them that have a secondary fraction in the numerator, the denominator, or both. Examples: 1. ((x+3)/2)/16+x^2 2. (a/2)/((a-1)/a^2) 3. ((y^2-16)/(y+2))/y
