Can I have crochet instructions for the work behind stitch?

I need to learn to do the work behind stitch in crochet.

Instead of inserting your hook into the top two loops of a stitch, insert it back-to-front around the post of the stitch.

That depends on rather you are doing the back post stitch or if it is something different. If it is the back post you are doing all you need to do is go from the back to the front of the stitch post stitch made repeat that over and over.

The work behind stitch is the back loop of your crochet. Pick up your crochet so it is facing you. There should be two loops in each stitch. Pick up the back loop only and complete your stitches as called for. This creates designs such as flowers and also knitting effects.
