From what I have read on the internet, it is feasible to undergo a vasectomy while undergoing the surgery for varicocele repair. Though, it should be warned that it depends on the situation. I recommend talking to your doctor in regards to what is best for your health with this.

Yes you can. You should talk to your doctor if you've had previous surgeries. You need to make sure that your testicles still get the appropriate amount of blood.
