If you are suffereing from amenorrhea, it must be treated for you to become pregnant on your own. This may or may not be possible. You might also be a candidate for in vitro fertilization. You need to discuss this with your doctor, however.

You should be able to get pregnant at age 30, however you will probably need the help of a professional to cure amenorrhea and perhaps to prescribe some fertility drugs for you. Determine the cause and of your amenorrhea and see if you can cure that before you try to get pregnant.
