Infertility centers will pay egg donors and provide the necessary hormone treatment, screening, matching, etc. Egg brokers are also interested in buying eggs, but leave it up to the donor to pay for the necessary medical services. The donor's compensation varies widely by area.

I believe that there are places that you can go to donate your eggs for compensation. Though I am not positive. I would seek answers from places that specialize in fertilizing egg cells out side of the womb in order for couples to have children to get a proper response.

You can be paid from $2000 to 6000 per egg donation. However, it requires passing extensive physical screening and meeting the genetic health requirements. It also requires surgery and injections.
