You can only dey visitation if the person with the suspended license is the one who is driving to pick up or child or if you see them driving with the child during the visit. You will need to report it though for proof.

If court ordered visitation is denied, you could be held in contempt of court and charged criminally in by the judge who ordered visitation. The only acceptable time to deny a parent visitation is if they are attempting to drive under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or are suicidal. In that case, deny visitation and call local Law Enforcement immediately.

No. Your child's parent has the right to see their child. If you think the parent is harmful to the child you should take them to court.

You can deny him the ability to take your child in a car with him as you are aware that he is breaking the law, however you can not prevent him from coming to visit his child at a mutual place.
