Because hemorrhoids are basically inflammed vessels around the anus area, urinating should not be affected, especially if you are a male. If you are female it may be possible to experience slight burning sensations if urine is directed more backwards. But no, hemorrhoids should not influence urination too much.

Hemorrhoids are often seen near or surrounding the anus and are caused by dilated veins usually common in individuals having trouble defecating. I don't think it should be a cause of alarm in urinating because hemorrhoids are found in the system different from the one used in eliminating urine.

If you believe you're having trouble with hemorrhoids, see your doctor immediately. Depending on their placement, they can cause a number of problems with defecating and urination. If you have not urinated within a day, visit your doctor or emergency room immediately.

Hemorrhoids do not cause problems with urination. They can cause pain when trying to have a bowel movement, and lots of blood. Witch hazel wipes can help with some of the pain.
