Yes they can if they eat to much of it but just the smoked fish alone in small amounts really shouldn't bother the dog you might want to call the vet and ask them.

Yes dogs can get sick from smoked fishes. The smokes which they inhale may irritate them causes to coughing problems. This may lead to allergic problems also. Never smokes fishes.
