There will be companies that will insure you, but the rates will be very high and the amount of coverage will be very low because of the pre-existing condition.

It will be very hard to do or if they do it will be extremely expensive. Most policies have a pre-existing condition clause and they do check before they issue.

You can get insurance through some companies but your premium will be expensive. The cost will depend greatly on what type of cancer you had and how long it has been in remission.

They can, but it will be expense. Get a guaranteed issue policy, where the policy is issued no matter what the prior health history.

Cancer survivors can get health insurance. Individual coverage may be difficult to find due to insurance companies being allowed to deny for pre-existing conditions on individual plans. Under HIPAA a group plan cannot deny coverage in this case, but they may impose a waiting period on coverage for anything related to the pre-existing condition.
