Well, if you ask me, I find this piece of software very user-friendly, despite the fact that it has a bunch of features and a massive sound library. However, I also find it very expensive, but it is well worth the money.
MOTU is actually pretty great for a few solid reasons. Firstly it is compatible with all major plug in formats for Mac OS X and Windows. There is also a huge library of sounds ,they can be a helpful resource. The menus are somewhat clunky and complex, but you will eventually get use to it.
