Yes it is entirely possible for an Arminian to have an American baptism just as it is possible for an American to have an Armenian one.

An Arminian should be baptized in an Arminian church by an Arminian priest, and this is typically done at birth. There are procedures to follow for reception into the Arminian church as an adult. Where in the world the baptism takes place doesn't matter.
