While most doctors will say that an allergic reaction cannot give a fever, there are a very few and extremely rare cases when food or drug allergies have presented with fever.

Yes, allergies can cause a fever. This is because the body is busy fighting with the things causing the allergies, and almost anytime the body is fighting against something negative, one is liable to get a fever. If you have a fever with your allergies, just treat it like a normal fever, unless your allergy medicine says otherwise.

Allergies can give you a fever. Allergies are very similar to having a mild cold. In fact a lot of people mistake allergies for a cold. And if you look at common over the counter cold medicines, a lot of them contain allergy medication like antihistamines. If you are unsure always consult your doctor.
