Temper Tantrums are a conscience behavior. A seven-month old does not have the brain function for them. They generally start around the age of two.

Early on in a child's life they start to learn about what they can and cannot get away with. How do we know they're learning from and reacting to their environment? Temper tantrums! From birthday to death people are very capable of expressing extreme anger that they're not getting their way.

No. A seven-month old knows when they are hurting, wet, cold, hungry, or tired. So check each of these, one at a time.
