If you have had intercourse, your hymen will almost always be broken, which would be a sign that you may have had sex. It can be broken in other ways however. If you have an STD or pregnancy which they will test for, that would be a dead give away.

Not necessarily. The hymen breaks or stretches for most women before sexual activity ever takes place. If you have STDs or sexually related injuries, however, it would be apparent.

before anything else, if you are sexually active, you should tell that your gynecologist. now as an answer to your question, yes. yes if the gynecologist may see signs of sexual activity if infections or std's are particularly occurring and re-occurring even after treatment both on you and your partner.

Yes, a gynecologist can tell if you are sexually active, they can tell by doing an initial exam of your cervix, vagina etc. There is no need to lie to them about this.
