Yes, that can cause you to be bloated, but also before your menstural cycle can make you bloated. If you just got through eating then that can make you bloated. There are many things that can give you the bloated feeling effect, try taking some over the counter medicine to help you.

Fatty liver indicates early reversible liver cell damage commonly attributed to increased alcohol consumption. Unlikely though to directly cause abdominal bloating,gastritis due to alcohol intake may be the cause reason.

Watch your fat intake and try to eat more vegetables, fruits, whole grains and food with high levels of protein. Weight loss and diet is important.

A fatty liver will not cause you to be bloated. However, poor liver function (as well as other conditions) can cause bloating.
