A young child can hurt herself and cause bleeding. Maybe from riding a bike or something like that. If the bleeding is heavy or does not stop after a few days a doctor should be consulted.

Yes, and there are many reasons this might occur. A worse case scenrio would be sexual assault. It could also indicate internal injuries. See a doctor immediately!

Yes. Any girl can. In a girl this age it is most likely due to an injury in the vaginal area.
