The temperature that water boils at depends on the elevation.At higher attitudes the pressure is lower so it boils at a lower temperature. For example: under standard conditions at sea level the boiling temperature is 100 degrees Celsius while on Mt Everest it is 72 degrees Celsius.

Normal water, H20 boils at a temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit. In the metric system it boils at a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius. And the Scientific system it boils at 373 degrees kelvin.
