Are you satisfied with your 225 70 r16 tires?

They are supposed to be long mileage tires.

Believe the 'long mileage tire' hype. I have a set of 225 70 r16 Uniroyal Laredo tires. And have put over 60,000 miles on them in 4 years and had them checked recently. According the my mechanic, they still have plenty of tread life left.

I noticed an immediate improvement in ride quality with my new tires. Road noise was significantly reduced and my miles per gallon rate increased.

Yes; they have lasted 75,000 miles so far. The only down side is the relatively tall side walls do flex in cornering. If you are an easy going driver though you will not ever notice.

All you stated are simple the tire size. A 255mm wide, 70% aspect ratio, light truck, and in the 16". Tire size doesn't really affect the tires lifespan.
