There is no AKC recognized breed known as a "miniature boxer". If a boxer is extremely small in size, it is most likely due to poor breeding or genetic mutation.

I have never heard of there being a miniature boxer dog. Most people mistake a boston bull terrier for such a thing due to the face features, however no boxers have been downsized. This type of dog was made for hunting to down size to a miniature would ruin this feature in the dog,it would only be good for a house pet.

Miniature Boxers do exist! They stand between 11-13 inches and weigh around 12 to 18 pounds.Miniature Boxers are a fairly new breed.

There is, but if you get one, please make sure you go to a breeder where you see the conditions- this is a "designer dog" often bred in puppy mills.
