Are there cellular prepaid plans for a blackberry?

As far as i know there is no prepaid plans for blackberries. However if you already had a blackberry you should be able you substitute the sim card for a go phone sim card. Essentially making it into a go phone. However it will limit some of the phone feature.

T-Mobile offers prepaid plans for a blackberry. I think you have to buy it from them tho, you can't just use one you already have. I've had T-Mobile and they are a great cell phone company.

You need not sign a contract for a blackberry phone. The cellular company offers different types of prepaid plans which you can use in your phone.

I have seen some phones similar to Blackberries with Boost, but not exactly. You may want to look into someithing like that. That may be the closest you get to a Blackberry.

T-Mobile is soon going to be offering prepaid Blackberry plans with no contract called T-Mobile Complete. They are pay-as-you-go plans and require you to pay the cost of the phone up front versus the subsidies you'll get with the 2-year contract plans. Rates have not as yet been published and there is sparse information at this point.

The only prepaid blackberry that I have seen is available from T-Mobile. The unit I saw cost around $500 for the phone though so it's costly.
