If your doctor can show that the procedure is necessary for health reasons, then it would be cover. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that this procedure would be necessary for health reasons.

Depending on the state you reside, you may be afforded some coverage for infertility; however, in most states, there is no coverage mandatated for IVF and thus, no coverage.
