If you take the pill regularly as prescribed it should be virtually impossible to become pregnant, unless we factor in distraction - forgetting to take one or more pills, not considering the interactions of antibiotics, etc - but if you manage to become pregnant while on it, the symptoms would still be the same as those of a regular pregnancy.

The signs of pregnancy are no different if you become pregnant while taking the Pill. Contrary to popular belief, there are very few signs early on. Most of the "symptoms" are imagined by women who believe they are 1-2 weeks pregnant. Use a HPT to determine if there is a pregnancy, then see a doctor right away.
