If you are referring to vinyl tiles, yes, a very good choice. They are highly resistant to traffic and most have commercial warranties; some may be installed on uneven floors.

I would not pick linoleum floors. First of all, as a matter of taste, they are extremely ugly. They scuff easily and are a pain to remove. They get dirty and it is difficult to polish compared to regular ceramic tile.

If you are putting them in a high traffic area, you may not like the result. These tiles can come loose or show dirt in the seams easily.
