There is no evidence to that effect. Almost all evidence presented, in the forms of audio or visual, or simply anecdotal simply do not hold up to close scrutiny. Thousands of "haunted" houses exist, and many people have a ghost story of something spooky that happened to them. But people believe because they want to. Its fun to be scared.

No, they are not. There is no scientific proof of ghosts that has held up under serious examination. They are fictional, like fairies and goblins.
