Actually if everything is working right down there you won't have too hard of a time. Each month your ovaries release one egg. It alternates tubes each month. So you still can get pregnant. Just keep trying.

Having one fallopian tube may make the time in which it takes you to become pregnant longer however it should not prevent you from achieving a healthy viable pregnancy. Try charting your temps to assure ovulation.

It might be a little harder, but I am pretty sure that you can get pregnant. Though, I would talk to your doctor about your plans on having children when you are ready to have them.

You will probably not have a hard time conceiving, due to fact that it only take one fallopian tube to get pregnant. However, it may take longer to conceive. Let your doctor know what is going on. They may want to run tests to make sure your health is not affected by the pregancy.

It will be harder than a person who has two tubes, but definately not impossible if the other tube is functional. Ovulation can happen on either ovary.
